Digital Art
EBMUD
I've created characters and illustrations intended for printed pamphlets that serve to underscore the importance of water safety. These illustrations encompass a diverse array of characters, spanning different ages and ethnicities, engaging in commonplace activities. Additionally, I've developed associated backgrounds such as bustling cityscapes, serene natural landscapes, and informative maps to complement these characters and enhance the visual storytelling. Throughout the process, I've collaborated closely with the graphic design team to ensure that my illustrations seamlessly integrate into the pamphlet, aligning perfectly with the overall vision while maintaining a high standard of quality and timely delivery.

Product Design
Data Axle
In my role, I aided in the creation of designs for an export function within the Data Axle app, Genie. Understanding the importance of addressing user needs and enhancing user experience, I conducted comprehensive user research to identify pain points and requirements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I engaged in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to refine concepts and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Leveraging Figma, I translated ideas into actionable visualizations, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. These designs facilitated productive discussions with internal stakeholders, enabling us to iteratively improve the export function to meet the needs of our users and enhance overall app usability.

Mock ChatApp
Utilizing fundamental design principles, I embarked on the process of conceptualizing and designing a chat app website using Figma. This involved meticulous attention to detail in crafting user interfaces that are both visually appealing and intuitive to navigate. Leveraging my proficiency in both design and web development, Throughout this process, I conducted extensive usability testing, actively gathering feedback from users to refine and iterate on the design. This iterative approach ensured that the final product delivers an intuitive user experience with a responsive interface, catering to the diverse needs of its users across various devices and screen sizes.

Gaming Accessibility Website

For a UX design project, I worked in a group on creating a more accessible digital game distribution platform, focusing on improving usability for people with disabilities. Through research and user testing, I explored how thoughtful design choices—such as enhanced readability, customizable controls, and assistive technology integration—can make gaming more inclusive. This project deepened my passion for accessibility in design and reinforced my commitment to creating digital experiences that welcome all users.
Storyboarding
In my video projects, I take charge of storyboarding to elevate the narrative and visual impact. Conducting thorough research, I ensure coherence and audience engagement. Collaborating with peers, I refine concepts for optimal storytelling. Using tools like Clip Studio Paint, I create detailed storyboards, guiding production and fostering clear communication.

Comic Art
I've created my own Webtoon comic series from start to finish. This involved every aspect of production, from storyboarding and character design to scriptwriting and panel illustration. Crafting a cohesive narrative required meticulous planning and attention to detail, ensuring that each character and scene served the overarching story. Writing the script allowed me to explore the nuances of dialogue and plot development, while drawing each panel allowed me to bring the story to life visually. This project was not only a creative endeavor but also a journey of self-discovery and growth as an artist and storyteller.

Videos
In my music projects, I manage everything from lyric translation to vocal adaptation, ensuring that the emotional depth and authenticity of the original Japanese songs are maintained. I conduct thorough research to preserve cultural nuances, then adapt the lyrics to flow naturally in English. For the video aspect, I handle everything from storyboarding to animation, focusing on creating visuals that complement the music and enhance the narrative. Using tools like Clip Studio Paint and Adobe Premiere Pro, I design detailed artwork and assemble the final video, ensuring that each cover is a seamless blend of audio, visuals, and storytelling that connects with both Japanese music fans and English-speaking audiences.

Lost Ones Weeping
For this cover, I created my first video combining original artwork and animation, adding a new level of creativity to my music videos. I designed the visuals to enhance the song’s mood, while remaking the instrumental from scratch to stay true to the original, yet give it a fresh twist. This project was a significant step in blending art and music in ways I hadn’t explored before.

Tell Your World
For this cover, I reimagined the instrumental, transforming it into a more acoustic and emotional rendition. By carefully restructuring the arrangement and emphasizing softer, organic elements, I aimed to bring out the song’s raw emotions in a new way. I also illustrated the artwork for the video and used After Effects to animate realistic hair wind physics, adding movement and depth to enhance the visual storytelling.
